I agree that accessing
the pool will be by key only and that climbing the fence
is a punishable offense. |

I agree to keep the gate
to the pool closed and latched at all times and will make
sure it is latched when I leave |
|
I agree that I will have
a pool key with me when I am using the facility and that
any Hazelwood Homeowner may request to see my key.
If no key can or will be offered, that person (and any
guest they might have with them) may be asked to leave the
pool area until they can produce a key. |

I agree that children
under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or
responsible adult 18 years or older. |
|
I agree to inform all of
my guests of the rules, regulations, and policies of the
pool and potential consequences if they are not adhered
to. |
|
I
agree that children between the ages of 14 and 17 years
old may only bring one guest at a time unless accompanied
by a parent or responsible adult over the age of 18. |
|
I agree all guests must
be with the sponsoring homeowner family member and are the
direct responsibility of the sponsoring homeowner. |
|
I
agree violations of the pool and guest limit rules,
malicious mischief, vandalism, fence climbing, or unsafe
actions shall be disciplinable events. |
|
I
agree upon receiving a notification from the Hazelwood
Homeowners Board of Directors in the form of a letter, the
offending person(s) will not be allowed to use the pool
for one week on the first offense, two weeks for the
second offense, and if a third offense or major damage
occurs the board will review the situation and render a
verdict as to the discipline. |
|
Guests who violate
the rules or regulations may be banned for the remainder of the summer.
|
|
We
acknowledge that it is the responsibility of the parents
to enforce this discipline and both parents and children
agree to honor this relationship if such event occurs. |
|
We
agree that any act of malicious mischief or vandalism by a
homeowner, a homeowner’s child, or their guests will be
the direct financial responsibility of the homeowner. Any
unpaid indebtedness for repairs, replacement, or other
liabilities will be subject to the Hazelwood Homeowner
association lien rights |
